The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) of Nigeria has arrested 2 Chinese nationals, Mr Koi Xu and Mr Wei Kun Meng for offering a bribe of 50 Million Naira to one of their zonal head, Mr Lawal.
The 2 Chinese Nationals were arrested yesterday which is May 11,2020 in Sokoto State. Sokoto State is located in the Northern part of Nigeria.

General Buhari Appoints Ibrahim Agboola Gambari As His New Chief of Staff

A former Under Secretary General of the United Nations, Professor Ibrahim Gambari has been appointed as the new Nigerian Chief of Staff to President Muhammadu Buhari .
Professor Gambari hails from Kwara State.
He was once the former Minister of External Affairs between the year 1984 and 1985.

"Chinese Govt Don’t Want Africans In China" - Chairman of the Nigerian in Diaspora Commission

The Chairman of the Nigerian in Diaspora Commission, Abike Dabiri, has urged Africans residing and doing business in China to continue to demand their human right, she said it was obvious that the Chinese government do not want Africans in their country.
She also urged the Chinese government to respect the rights of Africans, noting that there were many illegal Chinese citizens living in Nigeria, who are not being maltreated by the Government of Nigeria.
The former Nigerian lawmaker was reacting to a question on what the Government was doing to address the maltreatment and discrimination of Africans in China, she said, “The issue of China is not new and I have been to the Chinese Embassy in Abuja many times, putting into consideration what has been happening to Nigerians residing in China.

Africa's largest economy, Nigeria is set to begin exporting large-scale fertilizer and raking in 2.5billon USD annually,as the $2billion Dangote Group Fertilizer Plant is set to begin operations this month of May.
The plant will produce over 3 million tonnes annually,it will take Nigeria to the next level, from being a major importer in the year 2014 to a major exporter this year.
The fertilizer plant located in Lagos is set to be the biggest in the world after completion.

Madagascar's herbal drug
Madagascar has offered its herbal drug to Nigeria and other African countries.
The herbal drug is for prevention of COVID-19.
Nigeria’s shipment has been sent to Equatorial Guinea from where it will be airlifted to Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
The herbal solution is from a plant called Artemisia . The plant has been known to treat malaria much better than western chemo-drugs. Sadly, the World Health Organization has refused to endorse the plant.

Pastor Tunde Bakare who is the general overseer of The Citadel Global Community Church has donated his 3 church buildings to the Ogun and Lagos state governments as isolation centers.
The pastor also called on other big churches with good facilities to do the same thing instead of criticizing the Nigerian government for shutting down churches.
